Really excellent customer service and Karl was such a pleasure to deal with for our roof problem. He took care of our vent pipe and sealing flashing quickly for us and just an all-around good person. Definitely my go-to for all future roofing needs. Thank you Karl!!

Pro: They completed the roof and to what we can see looks decent. Cons: couldn't give a start date and took while to start, stated job would take up to 2 weeks but took more than a month, no communication regarding status - only communicated when they wanted to get paid, when the job was "complete" and wanted payment they had not finished painting the fascia (had to come out two times to finish this and never apologized), we notified them of excess dirt left from the installation but never received a response since they had already collected their money, seemed like different people all the time. If I did it over again I probably would choose someone else. Service: Roof installation
