Green Living was scheduled on Jan. 11, 2011 to start prepping my house for a Green Tek coat on my stucco and trim. In addition they needed to repair a large crack in the stucco where there was an addition to my house. The job was finished on Feb. 3, 2021. They had to work around the rainy weather. My house is now a beautiful sky blue with white trim. The coating is supposed to Breathe, be cool, and have anti Termite ingredients. It has a lifetime warranty. I purchased new light fixtures and they were installed by the workers. They called me frequently to make sure that the scheduling was met. I am happy with the improvement in the appearance of my home. My experience was that the Green Living company worked hard to please me.

Its a horrible company they send out a snake to sell you in my case thats Philip. Once you accept your contract things change and if you try to correct them, they will tell you they fired the salesman that sold it so you cant do anything about it. I was quoted for 10 panels and I received seven when I didnt except it, I was threatened by the CEO Jefferson that he was going to put a lien on my house, I have no choice, but to except it took six months for them to do the job, and once they completed the job, they never turned on the solar I have been paying for that long for one year and six months in the solar is still off the contract. They made me sign. They were playing with it because I was all online. If you ever tried to sign a contract always get paper contracts dont do it digital. I learned that the hard way. Ive been trying to contact them and they never come back to me or anything they dont respond to your calls after they take my money the people that did the job at my house they broke a wall They told me they were going to fix it. They left it as is they never came back to fix it. Once they take their money, they forget who you are they dont care if they throw you under the bus. Theres a lot of other companies you can go with you will get better service. They allowed me to sign a contract and I was not even the owner of the house. Thats how corrupt they are. They dont care as long as they get their money and once they do what happens to you its not their problem.

Buyer beware! Use a different company. Green Living replaced my roof in 2018 and installed flashing incorrectly on a corner of my house. Flash forward, I've had a major leak in my living room wall. Mold. Need new framing, drywall, and mold remediation. It took no fewer than 20 calls, and hassling the former GM on Linkedin to get a rep out to assess damage for repair. It's been over a month and no followup, despite numerous calls and emails. No one picks up the phone. Just stay away. I will be suing for damages. The roof is supposed to be under warranty and they just don't want to do the work. Find another roofer. These guys are trash!
