Preman Roofing-Solar

Competitive pricing, that's where the good things end with Preman Roofing. We paid over $30,000 for a new roof 1 1/2 years ago. 2 leaks appeared during the first rainstorm. We called for a warranty repair (10-years warranty by Preman). They came up with a ridiculously lame excuse to avoid doing a minor patch that would have fixed the issue (I know it can be repaired easily since I am a general contractor). They completely ignored my emails and calls, just as mentioned in another posted review. Now I am at an impasse; do I continue spending the time trying to get them to do the repair, do I give them the perfect excuse to void the warranty by doing the repair myself, or do I live with the leaks in my roof?!

They charged us more for a lighter color roof tile which is the cheapest in the market and when we had leaks after a rain, they never answered our numerous emails! Use another company if you're looking for professional work and representatives with integrity
