Casa Aldea at University City Village

We moved to this place March 13, 2022. Love this place very much....wish we had moved a year earlier. The people here are very friendly, so is the customer service. The facility is well maintained. The good part above all is that the rent is reasonable. It's difficult to find anything negative about this place. I guess the only negative thing is that it's hard to find  available apartments. Good thing we were on their waiting list but by God's Grace we were called to let us know that one apartment had become vacant. So we rushed in the morning ...we liked the location of the apartment so we grabbed it.

I am so excited to be moving into Casa Aldea this June! The leasing agent, Marcia Thompsen, has been the absolute best lady to work with and takes all my little concerns to heart. I haven't moved in 36 years and I am very nervous, but so happy to have found Casa Aldea. I hope they are ready for me! Here I come...
