I am very happy I chose to work with Chris Kimbrell of Blueprint Homes. He was professional, efficient, honest and friendly. He went above and beyond his call of duty. My son passed away in San Diego and I live in New York. After professional negotiations, Chris and his company bought my sons three homes, removed a transient from one of the properties, sold two cars and some exercise equipment for me. Chris communicated with me continually throughout the process. Because of Chris, it was never necessary to return to California. I truly appreciate all he did. I would truly recommend doing business with him and his firm.

Chris and I sat on opposite sides of the negotiating table during the purchase of a few properties in Mission Hills. I was the buyer and he was the seller. As is often the case, the transaction got a bit stressful at times. Chris was always courteous, respectful and responsive. A real problem solver and a true professional.

An owner in this company solicited us to buy our property which was not listed. We entered into an agreement. We then actually signed final papers with his partners and then the money never funded. He then strung us along for quite sometime indicating that he and his business partners had every intention of buying the land at the agreed upon price. Ultimately they tried to low ball us by offering approximately 25% less of the original agreed price which is actually below the tax assessment price. Also we never even got a call before they hit us with the low ball price via email. Additionally, the email of the low ball price was by someone that we had never had any contact with. It was a horrific experience and I dont recommend doing any deals with this company.
