Michael was the best real estate agent we have ever worked with. He is knowledgeable, attentive, and very patient. We had been working with him for seven months trying to purchase a home, and he was always friendly and accessible, even during his vacation! He is also a mortgage broker, so he has a ton of expertise in that arena and helped us navigate the VA loan process. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again and recommend him to any and everyone. If you are looking for an outstanding Realtor/Mortgage Broker, Michael Thomas is your guy. I have just closed my 5th escrow and Michael is by far the best realtor I have used. He is genuine, kind, easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Equally important, he is skilled at negotiating the real estate offer on his client's behalf. I felt that he always had our best interests at heart and took care to be frank on whether the property was worth the asking price! I wouldn't hesitate to use Michael again in the future.
