After receiving a 60-day notice, we were so worried about the time crunch to find a home! Our needs were very particular because we have a Great Dane puppy that needs a yard and require plenty of storage for bikes, tools, etc. - none of which are easy to find in San Diego! Not to mention the market isn't great right now! Sanam immediately put us in touch with a great lender and started the search for our home. Within ONE MONTH she found us a home, beat out other buyers to get our offer accepted, booked inspections, negotiated for credit (and received it), and advocated for a 14 day escrow so we could close with plenty of time to meet our 60-day deadline! What should've been stressful and chaotic was pleasant and smooth thanks to Sanam's dedication and experience in her field! We couldn't be more grateful!
