Dana Pistilli and the Kindred team was an amazing Realtor to work with in buying my new home. Really can't recommend Dana enough. Extremely professional, very consistent with follow up and has great knowledge of the San Diego County market. It took a good amount of legwork for Dana to land the house I ended up buying, but he had no problem with the additional work needed to close the deal. Even after closing escrow, he has been extremely responsive in helping with a variety of post-closing questions that I had which was extremely helpful as a first time home buyer. If I know anyone in the San Diego County area that is looking to buy a new property, I will not hesitate to point them in the direction of Dana and Kindred Realty.

We just completed our house sale thanks to Anthony and Dave of Kindred. Based upon their preparation suggestions, staging and strategic marketing, our home sold within 1 ½ days. It further commanded the highest price in the neighborhood for comparable size and closed escrow within only 10 days. This was by far the smoothest real estate transaction we have ever had and owe it all to the professionalism efficiency and evident integrity of the Kindred team.

I can't say enough about our first home buying experience with Dana Pistilli. He is a stand-up person and we were lucky that he ended up being our agent. Dana is very knowledgeable and was always quick to respond about showings or any questions we had. He took the time to explain everything and looked out for us during the entire buying process. Home buying can be pretty stressful but Dana made the process very smooth. I would highly recommend Dana and his team to anyone looking to buy a home. They go above and beyond!
