Markus made selling my parents home seem so easy. He was always there with helpful information and when he said he would do something or be somewhere it was done! I didn't feel like I was selling a home, but gained a friend.

What sets Markus apart is his unwavering commitment to his clients. His knowledge of the entire home-buying process and his deep understanding of the current real estate markets were truly impressive. He made the entire experience feel less like a business transaction and more like a trusted friend guiding you through a significant life decision. We had the enormous pleasure of working with Markus Feldmann and the Pacific Real Estate Center in the process of selling our downtown San Diego condo. We first approached the realtor who, nine years ago, represented us in the original purchase of our condo to see if he could suggest another agent, since he had relocated out of San Diego. He had only one recommendation: Markus Feldmann at Pacific Real Estate Center. Now, having successfully closed escrow with Markus guidance every step of the way, we understand why he is a realtors realtor and was voted the 2022 Broker the of Year award by the San Diego Association of Realtors. When we first met Markus, we were looking to purchase another property in San Diego county before selling our condo. Markus identified many homes which matched our criterion, and he accompanied us on many viewings. We were struck by how he was genuinely motivated, not by just making a sale, but by finding us a home where we would truly be happy. He has a discerning eye, offered sound insights on the market, and clearly understood our priorities. Despite a busy real estate brokerage, Markus made us feel as if we were his one and only client.
