I knew Randy previously from various investment seminars. Knowing Randy's professionalism and ethics, I reached out to him to help sell my parent's home in San Diego. Randy and Jessica kept me informed to all aspects and details of the entire process from beginning to end. To include: marketing of the property; engagement with the lenders and agents of the 20 submitted offers; preparing a spreadsheet with all of the information of the offers to discuss with my parents to help them make the most informed decision; and accepting "the" offer in a timely fashion keeping within my parent's desires.
