Avoid renting from All View Real Estate. Take heed of other renters' reviews. Despite my exceptional rental history, I encountered unprecedented issues upon renting with All View Real Estate. We discovered mold on blinds installed by the owner, which they refused to remove. After only six months in the unit, All View's response was dismissive, attributing the issue to alleged tenant neglect. They declined to test for mold. Independent tests, funded by both myself and the homeowner, confirmed mold presence. It was only after the homeowner intervened that the blinds were removed, not by All View. Spare yourself the hassle and seek accommodation elsewhere. Additionally, we've faced rodent infestations around the property, an ongoing pest control problem persisting still. Despite these concerns, All View Real Estate increased our rent at the end of our six-month lease, a practice echoed in other renters' reviews. With the demands of grad school and full-time work, finding alternative accommodation proved challenging. Both tenants and homeowners must recognize that these grievances are substantiated by factual evidence.

This hose nozzle wouldn't stop leaking and I had several handymen out to repair it. Finally Marcus got involved and got it working perfectly. Marcus is always attentive and super responsive. Great communication is why we continue to use All View. Thanks, Marcus!
