Carol is a fantastic realtor and comes highly recommended! We sold our home in late 2021 after meeting with Carol and her team. They walked us through each step in the process from listing to closing escrow and set clear expectations on what to expect. The entire process was very seamless, Carol and her team under promised and over delivered each step of the way. The marketing presence alone was impressive and got as many eyes on our listing as possible before we conducted our first open house. Despite her busy schedule, Carol always had time to address any of our concerns and make sure any requests from buyers/escrow were explained thoroughly and accomplished in a timely manner (always within the same day).
