Carlos Figueiredo was recommended to us as we were moving from Oregon to Vista, and he was incredible. He took care of everything while we were not here, doing all of the research with city and county entities, arranging inspections and repairs, and even arranging for work to be completed before we arrived. He communicated regularly and proactively, and completely. It was a seamless purchasing experience made even more incredible by the fact that we did it while we were 1000 miles away and basically blind on the ground. Tyler Mathews and the team at Gluch Group were fabulous to work with. We were impressed with the attention our property in Coronado received, the great photos and online marketing efforts, the frequent open houses, and the excellent communication back and forth between us and the realtors. We felt we were always in the loop. This firm has excellent connections with lenders and corporate buyers, certainly more than other realty firms we interviewed.
