Where to begin-- John Selby had guided my wife and I to find and buy our first home. We had been on the hunt only for a short time before he was able to find us the perfect spot. We had originally thought that we would get a starter 2bed 2bath in Encinitas. But after careful deliberation and support from John he was able to find us a 3bed 2.5 bath almost for the same price as the smaller home we were looking at. At the time we thought this was too much for us, fast forward having our first baby-- the house ended up being the perfect size that we grew into. John is just an amazing person, who will look out for your best interests and make the buying or selling real estate feel comfortable and easy. He navigated negotiations like a professional and always knew how to handle every curve ball that was thrown at him.
