OMG, may I just say we lucked out with Pete and Sofia! We have a property in San Diego, but lives in LA now. We had our fair share of HOA issues/tenant issue which Pete have help us resolve numerous times. I have not yet needed to travel to San Diego to tend to these issues. They take care of everything from lighting/plumbing issues to neighbor complaints. We are so very grateful for their professionalism and kind hearts. Pete knows his rules/regulations inside-out which is a big plus. Thank you!

Can't say enough great things about Pete! He is extremely intelligent and knows the real estate market inside and out. He has incredible attention to detail and pointed out things in potential homes that other realtors never considered. He is very analytic and takes a very sensible and logical approach to the process. He really got to know me on a personal level and this helped us working together towards finding potential condos that were right for me. His depth of knowledge of Downtown San Diego real estate is impressive. If you have Pete as your realtor, rest assured: you truly have lucked out.

I met Pete and Sofia through their website, and initially I was impressed. My positive impression of them only furthered - and significantly at that - the more that I worked with them. Sofia is as responsive of a person as I've ever met, and Pete is as knowledgeable as they come. I clicked with them both. Quality people, very efficient, and pleasant. Sofia scheduled all of my viewings while Pete worked around my schedule to walk me through those viewings. I was not surprised in that they had me in my dream unit (in all sincerity my dream unit) within 1-2 weeks of beginning the process. After I moved in I reached out to them both to thank them and to ask where and how I could recommend their services. For all real estate needs in the future I will be using San Diego City Life Real Estate, and I cannot recommend them enough.
