Pam is the best! Im so thankful that my parents met her at a random open house because she made a great first impression and from there she became our agent. She was thorough, professional and a pleasure to work with. My fianc and I live in different parts of the country (Seattle and New York) and she was able to show us homes during the holidays. If you are looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and hardworking realtor, look no further than Molly Paulo. This year, my wife and I had the pleasure of working again with Molly Paulo. Molly worked with us to successfully purchase a single-family property in the Scripps Ranch neighborhood of San Diego. This is the second time we have worked with Molly, she also worked with us to successfully purchase a townhouse in the North Park neighborhood in 2017. It is an extremely competitive market in San Diego, and Molly navigated this challenging environment with ease. She demonstrated her effectiveness at working with dozens of other real estate agents and coordinated several private viewings of available properties. It was always appreciated when she organized a private viewing outside of the hustle and bustle of an open house, as it allowed us to take our time and scrutinize the property. Molly consistently demonstrated great insights on what purchase price to offer, and strategies for contingencies. She also worked tirelessly to coordinate all the individuals involved with the closing process, and we ended up closing four days earlier than anticipated.
