We couldn't be happier to have Shay Realtors help us to sell the house. Ray has crews, especially Theresa to coordinate the work of termite inspection, house painting, Landscaping, power window washing, general cleaning, staging, etc. We as home owners do not have to worry about fixing/cleaning/selling the house. We focused on our moving out of California. They took care of everything. It is both a relief on our moving and selling of the house. Very efficiently, Ray's crews get the house ready for open house. Three days of open house gathers 100 people to see the house with 9 offers. Ray's selling strategy is amazing and the result of selling is beyond my expectation. With the great negotiaton capacity of Ray, the sale price is 130 Grand more than the list price. We do whatever Ray told us to do and I cannot thank him enough.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Shay Realtors to purchase a rental property, and the experience exceeded all expectations. Shay overachieved repeatedly for our home sale. We are experienced homeowners/sellers and had become familiar and friendly with many folks in the real estate biz over our 20 years in San Diego. The Shay Team had won us as clients/sellers for this listing, thru a number of key differentiators. That said, the results were even more pleasing than we had hoped for up front. Shay has a lot of experience in the local community, as well as the local real estate community. They have a notable presence; perhaps a bit more than others in the area centered in 4S-Del Sur. Shay also has a comprehensive team, with staff experienced in many/most/all aspects of a sale. Going in, the clincher was the well-considered process that the Shay Team follows to insure that a home achieves the best market pricing, via multiple viable best-offers from interested buyers. Shay was available to help, and we took full advantage, from the pre-sale process of getting the home into its best show-ready state. We worked with Shay Team members for home update considerations, as well as for staging prior to showings. Shay put together a very impressive marketing effort, with very well executed photo, video, and drone shoots. Additionally, Shay was well-plugged into the local market, and knew that the timing was particularly 'ripe', such that us listing a bit sooner than we might have would almost certainly result in multiple serious offers, which it did. Throughout the process the Shay Team had every base covered. Any question we asked, any twist and turn throughout the entire process, these needs were all handled confidently and well by the team. I literally cannot think of a single thing (large or small) that I would change about how the Shay Team worked with us and handled the sale. There were plenty of challenges, have no doubt about that. But we were so extremely well supported by Shay. We know and like many realtors in the area...and trust that they have clients' best interests at heart, etc. But Shay is who I would use and who I would recommend as strongly as possible.

Working with Shay Realtors was an amazing experience! Most people would not consider the stress of buying and selling amazing, but the Shay Realty Team truly made it as easy as possible. The Team supported us every step of the way. First, we struggled with finding the perfect home. Ray was so patient and confident that we would land in the perfect place, putting all of his efforts and positive energy into the search...and it worked! Once we moved, he also helped us sell our previous home. When I say Team...I mean TEAM! From the moment we started the sell process, it was all hands on deck. The awesome Shay Realtors Team got us a record sale in record time. I can't say enough about their professionalism, responsiveness, and true team effort. Although we don't want to move anytime soon, we would use Shay Realtors again in a heartbeat!
