Mission Valley office is a bad joke! I signed up with these folks last yearcause a friend was an agent there. Then they closed the office right away for remodeling which is a place that already looked professional. I asked where should I meet my clients if the office is closed. Starbucks isn't exactly an impressive office and I was struggling to get my first client. I made good on an agency payment I owed them. But because I asked about the office, they cancelled my contract. And sent me tons of free business cards with my face and their logo on them that I can no longer use. Think of all the sales in Mission Valley they are missing.

I would recommend steering clear of this agency of criminals. They are not honest. Plain and simple. It's amazing how my quote changed so many times based on the competitive offers I provided. Bad finance office, horrible inspector, poor professionalism. Both my realtor and inspector were adamant about taking a picture of my credit card. Everything they passed in my inspection failed. I have met used car salesman more honest than these folks. 8 months into my first home purchase I am still fixing and performing and am repairs for issues. On the day of closing I received a random text message saying that my keys were located in some random spot and had been sitting there for 12 hours or so and to retrieve them myself, which I did promptly. The following day, my second day after closing, for some reason my realtor contacted the previous owner and that ended up causing the previous owner to be in my home, then calling me, stating he was standing in my new home and wanted to hear about why I had some issues about the transaction. I told him he was treapassing and to leave and I changed the locks. I would not be surprised if my realtor, operates outside the lines of morality and legality on a regular basis. By the way, I knew him for 20 years and only discovered how much of a weasel he was when performing business with him. I guess that explains why he always brags about how no one knows how to sue him because they don't know where he lives. I do. He will be getting served. Always assumed his clients were just s bunch of whiners. Now I realize they were being bamboozled by a snake with greed and consumption issues.
