I can't thank Julie and David enough for all they did to get our house sold. The staging, pricing, marking and negotiating they did on our behalf had our house sold in 2 weeks for what we were asking for. They are both so nice, friendly and professional. They showed they truly cared about everything. I had interviewed 3 other realtors and was the most impressed with Julie & David. They are both very honest and trustworthy and worked hard to deliver everything they promised. I would definitely work with them again for the next house sale!

I had the BEST experience working with David and Julie and they are the only real estate team I will ever work with going forward! I met them a year ago and was initially looking to move primary residences, but wasn't quite sure which neighborhood would be the right fit for my family. They both made themselves available constantly to show me a variety of homes in different neighborhoods (morning, mid day, evening, weekends - they made it work and were so kind to my kids too, making my whole family feel welcome and cared for)- I was impressed by their professionalism, knowledge of so many communities, responsiveness and they are just plain fun to be around! After a few months my husband and I realized we ultimately wanted to wait a few years to buy a new primary residence and instead wanted a "staycation" property by the beach to use as a vacation/second home. They seamlessly switched gears and helped us purchase our dream vacation home and I am already looking forward to the chance to work with them again in the future. Not once during the several months we worked together did they ever pressure me to put in an offer - they were just honest, transparent, supportive, and truly helpful in making the huge decision of purchasing a property. They handled EVERYTHING and the inspection, escrow, closing - it was all seamless thanks to them. My entire experience from start to finish and everything in between was ENJOYABLE and it is solely thanks to David and Julie. How do you select a real estate agent? Well I didn't know anyone locally and saw a mailer for the Butler Group, imagine my surprise when I met Julie & Dave Butler in person to discuss the listing of my home. From the start I knew they were the agents to sell my home, the managed everything from the staging, to developing the right marketing strategy, identifying the listing correct price and ultimately were with me during the negotiation process. The home truly showed like a model home, and Julie was careful to ensure that all of the features that made the house unique were pointed out to any prospective buyers. The Butler team did so well that I had multiple offers in 4 days, and even once I was under contract, Julie helped guide me through the selling and closing process. I was so pleased with my experience that I could think of no one other than Julie to help me find my new home, as I write this review, I am sitting in my new office looking out the window at a view that will take your breath away. All I can say is thank you to Julie and Dave for guiding me during what can be a challenging process and most importantly, helping me find my new home!
