I heard of Kys practice through a very good friend of mine about 10 years ago. I was looking for someone with a lot of experience and someone I could trust. Ive been in therapy about 15 years ago and was ready to dig deeper into my past childhood traumas. What I love about Ky is she uses many modalities: CBT, Western, Eastern , Holistic and Alternative methods such as NET - prior to meeting her I had no idea what all of that meant. She helped me get in tuned with my body and listen to what my body was saying and ultimately Heal. I later discovered she uses techniques very similar to what Dr Bessel Van Der Kolk Describes in his book The Body Keeps the Score. Thank you so much for your help!!!
