        My therapist is absolutely amazing. She has helped me in so many ways and I feel like I can really handle new challenges in a healthier way. I enjoy seeing her and the facility is clean. I would give 5 stars but there have been times where the building or office was closed and no one told me and I found out when I got there (waste of time and gas). The front desk girls arent rude but they arent super nice either. All in all I would still recommend LifeStance and the therapists there. Going to therapy is one of the best things you can do for yourself and your loved ones.
