        Explained that it was normal to wait more than two hours for service even with an appointment. Staff acted like our time was meaningless. Going here was much more detrimental to my mental health than helpful, would never recommend.

If you're on a journey toward healing, Dr. Mae is definitely someone who can illuminate the path forward. Seeing her is like coming home to a hot cup of tea and a warm blanket on a cold day.

      Hello Ragen- I'm so sorry that was your experience, however, I think you may have wrote a review on the wrong business. growgood psychology is a fully virtual therapy practice at this time- there is no physical place to go and we do not have "staff" besides the therapists themselves working remotely. The narrative you have reviewed above does not fit logistically with how our business operates. The experience you had where ever you went sounds very frustrating. I would give them a call to discuss your concerns. If it were me as a business owner, I would want to know that was someone's experience and see how we could make things better.
