Helping individuals and couples master self-expression using a powerful framework of human "parts". WARNING: His model promotes self-compassion and confidence. Not good for the 'managers' protecting you from living your best life. I highly recommend Dr. DiGloria for providing the tool kit for authentic connections and better relationships.
