Really BAD , BAD and Poor Management..all you can hear it's lies lies lies lies from the people running this business...I have to repair everything around cuz ( no one its available) that's all ...!!!!!!!! It takes months and months before they Repair o remplace anything...what a business!!!!!

I have lived under this management for 3 years now and they have been the absolute best! Lu and Eva are so communicative and always respond very fast when we reach out with any concerns. Resigning our lease every year has also been a breeze and we feel that they truly care about the tenants- I havent always felt this way in the past renting from other places. We feel very well taken care of under management here!

Stay far, far away from this establishment. After giving me blatant misinformation about the requirements for qualification (and a manager claiming it is "really hard" to train leasing agents?), we had to enlist help from a guarantor. Understandable, I know the market here can be rough and guarantors are a great safety net from a landlords perspective! After reviewing my guarantor's information, which included a net income of at least 10 times the monthly rent after taxes, they demanded a 4800 dollar security deposit and refused to give us a reason for the 2x increase, despite confirming that before this, we would only be required to pay the 2400 deposit. We requested to speak with management, as I was not comfortable paying that after seeing the poor reviews where people did not get their security deposits back, and I have legitimately never lived somewhere requiring such an insanely high deposit, only first and last months rent? When asking for an explanation, I was given a runaround, and lest I have to deal with securing a lawyer to rent from this place, we elected to find way nicer, more spacious apartments and friendlier, more responsive management. After all of this, they refused to refund any application fees despite lying to us through the process. Save your money and rent elsewhere, as soon as we requested to speak to higher up, they stopped returning or taking our calls and would not allow us to speak with anyone besides an applications person. Don't apply with this place if you value your sanity!

While renting from this company my husband and I began to have a major mold problem due to the windows being so old that they would not seal shut. Water would pool into the windowsills whenever it rained and the house was so humid. We put in a maintenance request for this to get fixed but it never was even after asking for it for months. We ended up spending our own money buying dehumidifiers and scrubbing mold daily, and unfortunately throwing some furniture out. Upon move out as well, the property manager lied to us about how much cleaning/ paint touch ups would cost. She breezed through the initial inspection telling us there was nothing wrong and saying the costs would be about $200 for basic cleaning and then on final inspection she scrutinized everything and we were charged tremendously. A more thorough and honest initial inspection could have saved us more money and we left this property feeling very disrespected and used. I wouldnt wish for anyone to have to go through what we went through living there; it was a very stressful 9 months dealing with this management company.
