This company does not care about their tenants. My vehicle was towed on 11/1/23 because of their negligence. First, I was given the run around a few times over the phone on who to speak to. When I finally get thru to some one who actually cared I was told that Tenant planet failed to let us know about new parking permits and we were towed. I have a small business and they ruined my entire morning that day. They also did not want to reimburse me for lost wages. See you guys in small claims court. I posted a Google review for the Chula Vista office and the page has since been taken down. Accept responsibility for your actions damn it. I always try to do things according to the rules and then this happens. I had issues from the very beginning of moving in to the rental property I am in now. This is not how you do business. Take care of your tenants the same way you guys care about us paying rent on time! I will not rest until I get paid what I'm owed.
