Nathan is amazing! I currently live in Seattle and moving to San Diego next month. Prior to my trip down, I contacted MANY people about places to rent to see if I could set up times to view properties but struggled to set up anything. I saw a couple listings I was interested in on the LRS site and decided to call the number to see if I could actually talk to someone. Nathan picked up and we chatted for 5-10 minutes about the properties I was interested in and as well as my situation. He was very personable and answered all my questions. I appreciated him checking to see how many applications were already in for the units I was interested in while we were on the phone. Nathan was the only person that gave me the time of day and was also the only scheduled showing I had prior to landing. I liked that I was able to text him with any questions I had and he got back to me with a response. While I ended up going with another unit through another company, I truly appreciate Nathans responsiveness and attention to detail. I work for a company that is known for their exemplary customer service, so I have very high expectations and its pretty hard to impress me. Needless to say, Nathan did and I will definitely be reaching out to him for any future real estate needs and recommending him to friends as well.

Worst people, specially Crystal. Just always looking out to charge the customers money and apply any fees for no reasons. Be all carefull whenever you go to do any deal with this woman. No damages were done at all. We left the house even in better conditions of how it was. Garage painted by ourselves as well, very clean left and even some repairs were done by my own without us asking the owner or the Manager. That's why is upsetting about the unfair charges

Nathan and Russell are great! Nathan is super knowledgeable and professional for his age. While Russell has years of experience and knows the tried and true methods to keep the ball rolling, They make an amazing team. I'd highly recommend them for all real estate, investing, or property management needs! You won't be disappointed.
