I really enjoyed renting an apartment in the Fairmount property. The pool was very nicely kept and everyone was friendly. The manager was very kind and always tried to help out.

Its very unfortunate that quality control is not so good for their Fairmount Villas property.
The property looks beautiful but the rules in place are not very friendly resulting in very short term renting for most of the tenants.
What we are most disappointed in is the pool rules such as: No balls in the pool, no guests allowed in the pool or will be asked to leave, no BBQs (anywhere) and unfortunately you are suppressed to where if you chose to say something you are met with rudeness and danger of retaliation. This truly is an anti-family environment with the tenants preferring not to come out of their homes and not utilizing the pool & other amenities.
