8 West is my HOA management company. My complex previously used another big corporate company and we recently switched to 8 West. They are amazing with communication and getting things done around our complex. Their online system is easy to use, and when I have needed to talk to someone about a maintenance issue they actually pick up their phone. I just had to write this review because I know it's hard to find a good manager as our board interviewed many companies before choosing 8 West.

I have been on the board of my HOA for about 20 years and we have had several property management company. We found 8 West a year ago and they are fantastic! The owner, Mark Di Tommaso is just an amazing person. He's a great manager, he can do almost anything around the property, he has great resources for vendors and the like, and he is always available when we need him. If you are looking for a new property management, I can highly recommend Mark Di Tommaso and 8 West Property Management .
