Mike has spot on since day 1! He helped my brother and transition from out of state into a beautiful home in the Point Loma Area. He has made it really easy for me and stress free! His communication is great and is very responsive! I would recommend him to anyone looking for help with their properties. He is extremely knowledgeable in the area and is always giving us good tips on where to eat or shop, etc! I definitely see myself using his company for our next home :)

Mike helped my husband and I rent out our home in Bay Park. He was very professional and handled everything from the application process, tenant screenings, and in face interviews. He also encouraged us to get professional photos of our property which really added value to the listing and showcased some of the best features of the home. Mike was always responsive to our questions and worked diligently to get it rented. He also listened to our needs and in the final stage only matched us with potential renters who met all of our requirements. We are very happy with our renters and believe that Mike helped to make this a much less stressful experience for us as the homeowners.
