Gold Key did a great job finding qualified candidates for our rental properties. They were efficient and communicated with us throughout the whole process. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for property management or rental services. They are worth the investment!

Gold Key is the gold STANDARD of property management! During the past 11 years, I had been in the same rental property and subjected to six (6) different property managers/companies. Just last month, I moved to a new place managed by Gold Key. During this short time, they have gone above and beyond! From the time that I toured my eventual new residence, through the application process, and upon my move-in date, they were phenomenal! Kind, responsive, thorough, and very professional. Even after I moved in, they proactively reached out to me to ensure that the refrigerator was properly operating. I was surprised by the inquiry and they explained that this was one appliance that can manifest issues between tenants. That level of attention to detail is next level! If I ever am so lucky to own property that I wish to rent out, Gold Key will be my PM of choice!!

Professional. Committed. Trustworthy. Incredible. Ivana and her team at GKPM are simply stellar. They have managed my two properties for several years and have always been communicative, honest, and efficient. I NEVER have to worry that tenant or property issues won't be quickly addressed in a manner that benefits all parties. I now live on the other side of the country with an entirely different life than when in SoCal, and GKPM quickly adapted, changing how they interact with me (time differences, texts or emails at my request, etc.) to ensure I am continuously in the loop. But also that if I am not able to respond in a timely manner, they will carry out actions in my best interest and based on our prior relationship; I feel that they have kept record of all my preferences and, with my permission, consistently act for me as I would have preferred if I am unreachable. They have always made things right if there was ever even a minor miscommunication and I completely trust them. I unreservedly recommend Gold Key Property Management.

Gold Key Property Management has been one of the best decisions my spouse and I made when deciding on a reputable organization to manage our rental property. Since day one, they have surpassed every single expectation. We have been working with them for just over two years, and the entire experience has been pleasant. Whenever I have a question or concern, their team is always willing to provide immediate answers. Moreover, they are always up-front about any necessary repairs with a very detailed "what and why" list. Though the list of names concerning some absolutely professional workers at Gold Key Property Management is more than likely everyone under their employment, I cannot help but make a special mention to how easy Christian made the entire property managementy process. Over the last two years, Christian, Stacey, Kristen, and Ivana have consistently kept our concerns at bay. Thank you for all your hard work and keen attention to detail. They are greatly appreciated.
