Incredibly unprofessional company. They didnt show up for an appointment we scheduled to tour a home for rent. I tried to contact them multiple times. No call back, no email, no apology. My friend drove 45 minutes to come tour this place and be on time for the appointment. I would never work with this company if I were a tenant or landlord. So inconsiderate of peoples time and disrespectful.

Highly recommend Sunny Coast Realty. Michael has managed my rental property for about a year now and it has been a great experience. He found great tenants and any time there is an issue or a service need he takes care of it quickly. He makes my life as a landlord stress free, and his fees are very reasonable for the great work he does.

He has been a lifesaver. Our previous manager relocated, and he stepped in and helped us with a problematic tenant and took over from there. He is very responsive, professional, knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommend!
