Lofty Property management has been handling my rental unit for the past year. From the begging, Nick was very professional about all the documents, terms and conversations regarding the leasing agreement between the tenants and myself as the owner. He is also very patient with resolving issues when they arise. He is also a good resource for services related to improving/maintaining property conditions. I highly recommend him and his company to any one with property management needs.

Lofty Property Management (LPM) has been outstanding for us. LPM took over land lord duties for our fraternity house just as Covid struck. In the three years since coming on board, this company and its manager, Ben Yahia, have taken great care of our fraternity house at San Diego State. Ben is very thorough and conscientious with his duties. He is also very responsive when we have questions or needs. I highly recommend him and his company for your property management needs. I cannot say enough good things about Lofty Property Management of San Diego! Nick and Ben are wonderful to work with, easy, responsive and responsible. They have managed our condo for quite a while now and have been a breath of fresh air compared to our previous property managers. Nick and Ben charge a very reasonable management fee and don't nickel and dime you for every repair. They are extremely professional and honest. Their firm is just the right size, meaning their service is personal and they are familiar with your property. The few inquiries I have had are answered in hours rather than days and one of them answers, not some third party. And they keep my tenant happy, so what more could I ask for? I can recommend Lofty Property Management without reservations. I was referred to them by a friend who said she was lucky to find them and now I understand why.

Nick, I just wanted to take a minute and thank you for all of your untiring help and support. Premiere Property Management has managed my rental units for approximately three years and has done an outstanding job. It is of great importance to me to have a management company that I can trust to keep a close eye on my properties. Your entire staff has been terrific. The condition of leasing my three rental units has been changed for the better since I signed on with you. I will definitely make it a point to recommend Premiere Property Management to all property owners that wish to relieve themselves of the day-to-day operations (and challenges) and turn over management to a qualified, and competent team like yours. In the matter of a couple of years you have managed to increase my rental income substantially; you have shown compassion, understanding and cooperation with the departing tenants as well as welcoming and attentive to needs of the incoming tenants.
