I couldnt be more grateful and happy about my experience acquiring a new apartment at Vantage Point. The lease team is so supportive. Doyin Oladipupo was the person who took care and helped me with everything. She was able to answer all my questions by providing the information necessary. It is complicated move from another country, but she managed to go through the process so nice and in a way that I feel safe. I can add that shes been so helpful even after my move in. I couldnt express how amazing Doyin. I'm secure, and I felt at home the first second I stepped foot in here.

My family and I left Vantage Point over 3 years ago. We paid the amount requested by the administration at the time of move out. Now, 3 years later they have sent our account to a collection agency for not paying the amount they want and are threatening legal action. We were unaware they were requesting more money due to an error on their side. They have had forwarding addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers of everyone on the lease and we never received a bill from them and never heard from them until now. When speaking to the staff at Vantage Point they are dodging our questions about what is going on and why they never spoke to us and instead are accusing of us just skipping the payment we never even knew we had. They are refusing to give answers into how and why we are having a collection company come after us after 3 years or how a clerical error of this magnitude has occured. Extremely poor service from the staff with Brookfield. For further information- we left the building while it was in the process of being bought by a new management company. If your staff did not charge us correctly at that time do not try to chase us for their error years later by using a collections agency and threats of hitting our credit report. Train proper staff and don't just send us to collections without even informing us you are requesting further payments. I have 100% on time payment record with every single account I have ever had and we do not leave debts unpaid.
My parents (who were on the lease as well) are in England and late last year were contemplating coming back to the US and moving back in to VP to be closer to my wife and I. We called and left voicemails, filled out online contact forms for requests for viewings and didn't hear anything back for months. I finally got a voicemail saying they would like to schedule a virtual viewing at some point nearly 2 months later. I went by the property as I work close by and nobody was in the leasing office despite being noon on a workday and was told everything is done virtually now. How do you have a 1000 unit apartment building with only front desk staff?
Brookfield Properties are the management company for the building after buying it a few years ago and I can only assume our problems with the company are not unique and one off experiences.

Edit 3/2024: I have added an additional star to this review as management has changed and improved dramatically. Thanks to the new manager, Justin, a real improvement has come about of this building in just a small amount of time. All elevators have been repaired, aesthetics have been re-designed, and overall community inclusiveness has increased dramatically. While the pricing of all listed things below still are consistent, along with rising rent prices, have kept my rating.
Do not live here, no matter how cheap and enticing the view can be. Seriously, DO NOT LIVE HERE.
This building is HORRIBLY managed, they do not care about you, your investment, or your time. There is continuous broken elevators, 15+ minute waits to use an elevator, bogus parking costs, hidden fees, scam-like luxury amenities, and everything in this building is completely unreliable.
Maintenance takes over 5 days to even come look at a problem and when you seek answers, they go unheard. Not to mention water is shut off weekly for repairs with still no hot water.
I ignored the reviews when looking at this building thinking it couldn't be that bad, but it truly is. This place is not clean and is known as the "Party Apartments" because everyone is constantly doing something on the weekend, regardless of the time.
Parking alone is additional $100/mo not to mention theres a long wait list for an additional spot for $300/mo. If you want to rent out the club house, its $500 for four hours, but dont worry the entire building will still be able to crash your reserved party.
Getting packages is a nightmare as well. Delivery takes so long that everyone gets a notification at once, causing everyone to wait even longer.
The Latch app locks they use throughout the building are absolute trash. You get zero signal in the garage and hallways on any level, yet to use the elevators or get into your apartment, it takes years to load or doesn't at all. This is not a reliable system to use.
Beware of this building and management. You will truly regret your decision living here.
