HOA Nexus

There is not a better manager than Ryan. He is truly a guy that gets issues handled and he cares about the property he manages. Any HOA is lucky to have him as their property manager.

I have worked with Ryan and Shannon and the information that they have provided has been timely and helpful with up to date information regarding scheduled maintenance or updates to the complex. Sometimes getting in contact with them can take a few phone calls or emails but they have gotten back to me.

Horrible HOA company stay away! Does not answer email or phone calls, does not investigate any reported issues and refuses to take on any responsibilty. Ryan is a complete joke and a very condescending person, just look at his repsonses to the bad reviews about his horrendous company. Update to Ryan's response - No need to provide any details so you can publicly try to bash me and make your joke of a company look slightly better to potential customers. Funny how i get a response back from a bad reveiw but emails go unanswered. Does everyone on here lie Ryan? You have muliple back to back 1 star very negative reveiws this year, wonder why? We will be voting to fire your company from our complex. Future customers beware!! Nexus is by far the worst management company I have ever dealt with, they will do nothing but bring your community down.

Just terrible. Doesn't respond to phone calls. Doesn't investigate issues. I don't believe our "manager" is even capable of investigating issues. For the love of all that's hold AVOID this HOA management company.
