Shout-out to Marlon, one of the maintenance technicians from Income Property Advisors. Maintenance is always efficient with this company but wanted to give props to Marlon. He was communicative, reliable and did a great job installing my new sink! He does a great job assessing the problem and ensures that the tenant is on the same page as him before moving forward.
