    IPA sent a non-certified or licensed electrician to work on needed repairs and electrical work in my unit, which resulted in a mistake that left the unit without power (including my fish tank with thousands worth of fish inside). Once I saw the worker going from plug to plug and turning the units power on and off without knowing what was wrong I asked questions and discovered he wasn't an electrician. They wanted to run cables and gave uncertain times to when actual electricians could come to fix it and when I told them I'd hire someone to be there today and for them to pay did they have people able to show up within 15min. This paired with a conversation the worker had with his manager, Kevin, in front of me talking ill about me, in Spanish not knowing I'm fluent, left me with a bad taste. I took the time to right them an email about the experience, the liability having someone like this work on my unit, and my piece of mind knowing the unit and home for me is properly worked on and safe, but only got back a "Received" from Yessenia in their Tenant Relations department. I've been here for 13 years and while I hate to write bad reviews I think this experience is important to would-be tenants to know.
