I regret trusting Seung and High Tide property management to manage my properties. In one instance the tenants were subleasing on Airbnb and the property manager was clueless. In all cases the homes are left in shotty condition with property manager calling it all 'regular wear and tear.' Their negligence have cost me and will cost you money and heartache! Protect your assets and stay away from these guys!!!

I have had High Tide manage my downtown condo for over seven years and they have always been responsive, professional, very easy to work with and have gone above and beyond in some trying situations. Charlie and Seung have been a great asset for my property management and I highly recommend this team.

We decided to vet property managers after managing our rental property ourselves for several years and finding it a challenge with our busy schedules and limited experience. In our initial meeting, Seung quickly gained our confidence that he had the experience needed to navigate the difficult situations that we were facing. We were especially thankful for his expertise with regards to lease management and tenant screening. We chose him to manage our rental property for 3 years before we decided to sell. Seung and Charlie expertly handled the complexities of managing a condo in a high-rise building and coordinating with a HOA for emergency repairs and other matters. Should we acquire another rental property in the future, they will certainly be the one we will call to manage it. Thank you Seung and Charlie, we appreciate you!
