I've been living here in Ramona over 7 years and Brianna knows that I don't know how to do things on line such as doing a profile and things like that. She is so nice that if I need any type of maintenance request I can call her at the office and she will put in a maintenance request for me that's what I call a personal touch she goes beyond 100% to help me with any type of maintenance request. When I go in each month to pay my rent it's so nice to speak to her she does such a great job.
