Run down self service machines...run down customer service too? Asked a simple question and the employee running the counter of the print center was so short and rude. It's supposed to be some sort of "learning store" and no one could be bothered to even help someone out.
Copiers and printers are old.
If you need anything beyond black on plain paper (printing on cardstock, color, high def print) fo elsewhere
1 star because I have to, 2nd star because they had power in their machines.

Print and marketing services hooked me up! Was trying to print some 11x17 pdfs...couldn't get the size fit right, file size was too big to email, etc. but they found a solution for me and got me my docs in no time!
