Erik and his assistant did a wonderful job of getting rid of the yucky black mold spots on my driveway. He was kind, professional, and thorough. I would definitely recommend him and use his company again.  I am very satisfied with the results.

I highly recommend Eric and his team if you are in need of power cleaning services. The team arrives early, does the work fast and thorough and offers extremely competitive pricing. ...and to top it off the owner, Eric, is such a nice guy, as is the rest of his team. Eric powerwashed the common areas in our HOA, including the garage cement floors, walkways, stairs and pool/spa deck.He was professional, courteous and work diligently to complete the job in a timely manner.  Eric was patient as we had to move some vehicles in the garage during the cleaning process.   He cleaned up the areas he worked, and put away any items used from the HOA.He took less time than predicted, and the results were as he promised.    He provided great recommendations to complete the job in a manner that we would be happy with the results.We will definitely use him and SD Power Clean in the future.  I also took business cards to give to the neighboring HOAs.

Excellent work ethics. We have an auto shop, Eric did a great job cleaning the grease from the floors. I would call him again when we need him and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
