Best plumber in San Diego by far. Service over sales mentality. Michael has a ton of experience in the area. He ended up saving me about $400 by repairing a part that I thought needed complete replacing. Excellent service, quality, and price. highly recommend!

I highly recommend Benoist Drains and Plumbing. Had a sudden leak, called 3 places for estimates. Benoist was the most reasonable and he showed up on time. He made a bad situation much more pleasant. I will be using this company again when I need a plumber. I also like that they are local and can do any job small or large. Let Benoist take care of your plumbing problem and you won't be sorry.

Thankfully, Michael was able to help me on short notice. Within a minute, he diagnosed the problem, offered solutions and gave a thorough description of services and recommendation on next steps on his invoice. He also did a good job clearing the flood out of my laundry room. Michael was prompt, highly competent, and professional.

When we recently experienced a gas leak at our nearly 100-year old home, we had first called our usual go-to guy (one of the big guys with the most aired TV commercials) and turned out their quote was astronomically high and also very murky/intransparent and it almost felt like they were trying to pull a fast one on us, so we decided to call around for alternative quotes.
Michael, the owner of Benoist Drains & Plumbing (super nice guy) promptly came out to do an assessment and his quote was extremely reasonable in comparison with the others, plus he clearly laid out the scope of work highlighting what were paying for in advance.
Michael then sent a two-man crew who came out timely and as promised the very next day and they repiped our entire gas system in a matter of only two days (the others had quoted 3 days of work for the same job.
Benoist Drains & Plumbing did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. Their quality work passed the pressurizing system imposed by the City of San Diego with flying colors when they came out to test it.
Needless to say that Benoist Drains & Plumbing is now our new go-to plumbing company and we strongly recommend you call them first.
