The only reason they have so many good reviews is because they call and incentivize you to leave a review after the service.
Their technician told me that there was a hole in the cast iron pipe that was backed up. I was told that we would need to trench my living room in order to address the problem (a very expensive endeavor). However, I had two additional plumbing companies out to inspect the pipe and neither one of them found any hole in the pipe. I would never trust this company to provide service at my home as they are very dishonest and obviously trying hard to take advantage of unknowing customers.
