If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Very unproffesional, came out to fix my bathroom sink, left and the next morning my bathtub backs up. They then refused to come back to look at it due to a false accusation of substance use on my property (my wife and I smoke cigarettes) while one of the plumbers was vaping on my priperty indoors without permission. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

My master bathroom faucet was leaking water and needed to be replaced. Adan was very helpful and respectful, he communicated very well the issue and how he would fix the problem. I will recommend this company to anyone asking for professional plumbing services in the future.

These people are in the business of ripping people off. They tell you you need this and this instead of just fixing the problem. They up sell you to the tune of $10,000 and then offer you 24 months 0% financing in their ad but when you actually use it they tell they only offer 18 months and dont know why the ad says that. Very unethical company dont waste your time and money on them.

My main drain was clogged up on a Saturday. I called several places that wanted to charge a "weekend fee" and an "emergency fee." It would have cost $300+
That was until I called up Rooter Solutions. I called them and Frank came by within a couple of hours. He was very nice, professional and just a good dude. Fixed up my clogged drain in no time and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend!

Had a clog mainline.
Rooter Soln clear the block, however their snake did not work and it was clear manually. I have tree roots and was hoping they would have removed some of the roots.
I was promise a gift card for a good review which did not happen
