I was able to get help from Incept 3D with some basic product design and then the 3D printing for it as well. It was a phenomenal experience from top to bottom, and Michael was kind enough to even show me around the facility! It was a fantastic process and I look forward to going back to them in the future!

Our team here is ecstatic! My company manufactures prosthetics. While developing a process to manufacture our new device, we hit a road block. At first, we were skeptical that 3D printing would give us the result were looking for. We met with several 3D/CAD companies around San Diego. None gave us the level of confidence that Incept 3D did. Janelle and Katie were not only professional, but incredibly knowledgeable. They immediately knew how to solve the problem we encountered. Having them as resource for the highly technical solutions we will need in the future is comforting to say the least. We were also considering hiring an mechanical engineer fulltime which is no longer necessary. Our team is confident they can handle any CAD work we need done in a matter of days. Outstanding!

Incept 3D has printed 3 jobs for me now over a few years and I am always impressed with how smoothly and quickly the process goes. On Friday, I left a message asking about leads times, and they called me back immediately. I got them the file that evening, they printed it Saturday, and I picked it up Sunday. Their google maps hours say that they close on the weekend, but this was VERY helpful to me that this was done over the weekend. So it's worth calling them as they call back quickly. Each time the parts has been exactly what I need and very high quality. Including two parts that interlocked with one part acting as a bushing and rotating inside another part. This is a high precision need, and it worked great. I like that their website let me upload a part and see the price for the different materials immediately. I had previously used other online services but switched to Incept 3D when I saw that the price was the same and the quality was higher and in-person pickup was available. You can see from the image attached that the level of precision/fineness for their SLA prints is extremely high. I recommend this business.
