Enjoyed the pizza, but really disappointed with the service. We placed our order with a 5:40pm delivery time given. When the order still did not arrive at 6pm I called to check, all I got was a very bothered employee to snap at me that were really busy, should be 10 more minutes. Order finally arrived at 6:15, missing the pineapple we added, but we were just glad it came.
How can you be 35 minutes late on an order and not even say sorry? Offer a coupon? Nothing. Im not fussy, I understand that restaurants have a lot to manage, so Im prepared to give places the benefit of the doubt. But theres enough pizza places around that wont deliver 35 minutes late and act like youre being rude for asking about it.

Placed order at 5:14, delivery 45 minutes from then. Food arrived at 6:45 pizza and wings cold, called store and response was sorry our busiest day of the year

New management? Sad story. We ordered from Mountain Mike's for the first time about a month ago. We ordered again expecting the best! Instead, we received a tasteless cheese pizza rather than the Mckinley. The manager said someone had 'changed the order'. We paid 60.40 with Grub hub. The manager said we could drive to their location and get another pizza for40% off. The really sad part, the cheese pizza taste and crust were terrible.

The pizza is ok. Maybe about a 2-3. The charges for that make them way too proud of their pizza. $25 for a 3 topping pizza And $10 for delivery? Yeah, well, have fun with that. Food : 2/5 | Service : 2/5 | Atmosphere : 1/5 More
