Domino's Pizza

This place is absolutely ridiculous. They lie on their time of delivery and when you call about it they are absolutely rude. I placed my pizza over a hour ago with a 25 min delivery estimate. I assumed 45 mins would be decent time to have my food. When spoke to worker I was told that the delivery person was on break and he should be back in the next 20 mins with my pizza already made they expected me to receive not fresh pizza. Absolutely horrible and definitely can see this happing to many more people. I repeat to not order here unless its pick up even then may be some issue always is the last 4 times & Ive done both pick up. And delivery.

Ordered online, showed up before 10 minute window app quoted. Staff let us know they were understaffed and apologized for delays. Appreciate professionalism while they hustled to crank out product, never breaking under pressure despite upset customers claiming theyve been waiting over an hour. Got my pizza 11 minutes after end of quoted window - not bad delay for one guy making every order! Couple holes in thin Brooklyn crust, but still a nice break from fave hand tossed crust. Cheesy bread was amazing! Really appreciate efforts to deliver great product!

The food was great but when I ordered some wings, it didn't come and my mom got a pasta bowl with marinara sauce and not cheese but they gave her cheese anyway. Nice going domino's.

We placed our order on-line and it was ready within 20 minutes, the website is nice because it gives you status of the order so you are not waiting around. We ordered two medium pizzas, garlic twists, and a pasta. The food was good but the pizza was lacking some toppings. Our sausage pizza had a few pieces of sausage and a small sprinkle of onions. The pepperoni pizza had a bit more but not much more. The pasta was really good and so were the twists. We also decided to try one of the new dips Dominos has (we went with the cheese one). I am not sure what we were expecting but it was basically just melted cheese. Each item was $6.99 and the dip was an extra $2 which is better than full price. I think for the cost it was ok. The staff was great, very friendly. Not sure we will go back soon, then again we dont eat pizza too often.
