The Team at SDSPT provided an amazing experience with their knowledge and experience. The sessions I have attended have improved my recovery and helped me return to my sport quickly. They are great at listening and are quickly able to assess what will be needed for your rehab/recovery process, as well as provide an accurate timeline for your full recovery and return to sport or normal life. 15/10, will be going again.

Derek has been an incredible solution for my previous shoulder injury! I've tried everything, including X-rays, separate MRIs, two different injections months apart, physical therapy (both doctor-administered and private) for over six months, stem cell therapy, a few dozen sessions of cupping and micro needling, and I'm sure I've forgotten something. Regarding the diagnosis, I have been told anything and everything. Nothing worked to relieve my pain. Derek did shoulder work on a patient in a video that appeared on my Instagram feed, so I figured it wouldn't hurt to try him. Three sessions later, I'm pain-free and back on track at the gym. Now, I schedule monthly sessions to help me feel my best again!
