Greg is great, very knowledgeable and able to convey a lot of complex muscular function in ways that are easy to understand, with methodologies that make sense and can be put into action right away. I saw Greg for left shoulder and neck issues. Thankfully there were no major concerns, but within two weeks of following his protocol I had more improvement than in the previous two months. Whats more, hes always there for any one-off questions I have on my way to recovery, and reaches out periodically to see how Im doing with ping and mobility. A true professional whod Id highly recommend.

Greg Gubello is top notch. He pushes me just enough yet respects my limits. He is pTien and skilled, explaining why we do certain exercises. Highly recommend!

Graig was awesome and really took the time to help me through a freak foot injury of over use. I went to the podiatrist, acupuncturist and was desperate for help in what I needed to do to start feeling better and nothing was helping my recovery and I was still hobbling around for weeks unable to even tolerate walking the hardwood floors in my apt. Graig took the time to really see what was going on in my body and gave the right exercises to heal it. Im almost 100% now and hope to be out running again soon!

Working with Graig was great! He was super helpful and would check-up on me between appointments and make sure I understood all the home workouts. I'd definitely work with him again and highly recommend to others!
