Susana is a knowledgeable and talented physical therapist. I have been receiving PT from her for my shoulder. As a physical therapist myself, I was not able to fix my shoulder pain alone, and needed expert guidance. Susana asked me very careful questions to understand my goals prior to treatment. She has a compassionate and patient presence and uses a perfect mix of manual therapy and therapeutic exercises to decrease pain, improve range of motion, and improve my strength. Each session she has given me a new exercise to focus on. I feel decreased pain after each session. Im eager to continue working with her. I have already noticed I can surf longer with less shoulder pain and Im able to lift more at the gym without aggravating my shoulder. I definitely recommend Susana for your physical therapy needs!!

I began working with Dr. Cicchetti as a result of a surfing injury which caused shoulder pain and limited mobility. She took the time to listen and diagnose my issue, then recommended a series of stretches and movements to work on between sessions. After only one treatment I saw a significant improvement and I am now pain free! I highly recommend Dr. Cicchetti and will be seeking her help for any future aches and pains.

Therapeutic Moves was a GREAT Experience! I am fairly new to tele-health and Dr. Cicchetti was very good at making me feel comfortable. Dr. Cicchetti diagnosed my shoulder/back issue, provided information as well as exercises to perform in my own time to heal. Dr. Cicchetti also demonstrated all the exercises prescribed so that I would be able to perform them effectively and correctly. 5 Treatment and Dr. Cicchetti is very personable. Thank You Therapeutic Moves PT

Susana has be instrumental in helping me with pelvic floor, rib flair, and lower back pain. I was initially suspect of virtual care, but Susana hosts sessions in a way that feels like you are actually together. Beyond her medical knowledge, she is warm, caring, and empathetic.

I am a pretty serious runner and just completed my 15th marathon. During my last training cycle, I was having issues with my hamstring. Sauna is a runner herself and gets the unique challenges that us runners have (tight hips, no flexibility, a desire to do the least amount of cross-training possible, etc). She built rapport with me immediately when she asked what race I was training for and knew all the big upcoming events like CIM and Boston. I was actually training for Boston, which is a race that she has run herself. As a busy professional, it is hard to find the time in the day to do the PT, stretching, and core work needed to be a well-rounded athlete. Sauna distilled my PT program down to the most critical 8 exercises to complete on a weekly basis. She also provided the moral support to keep going when it was so easy to lose your motivation during COVID. I am happy to report that when it came time for me to run the Boston Marathon (virtual edition) last week, I felt 100% healthy on the starting line. Which is a huge motivational edge when you begin the marathon. I highly recommend Sauna to other serious runners or athletes. I have worked with about 10 different physical therapists and it is so hard to find one that understands your body, has good communication skills, and isn't going to load you up on more and more PT exercises. I have gone to some PTs where they want you back each and every week and each time you go back you get 2-3 more exercises to do on top of the ones you already are doing. Sauna doesn't do this and only provides the most relevant exercises to you. She also does hands on massages to work out any soft tissue tightness.
