        The amount of in-depth knowledge of Dr. Jessica is indescribable. I felt in safe hands and have a totally new perspective on my body now in a good way. She was mega professional with a lovely sense of humour. Please go see for yourself!!

        I absolutely LOVE SHEFit PT!!! I started seeing Dr. Kelsey when I was about 5 weeks PP for prolapse recovery and we ended up working together on that, pelvic stability, and core strength for a return to running. My symptoms resolved within a few months of work and I'm back to running and training for my next race. Both office locations are so child-friendly (often you can pay for childcare but even if childcare is not available during your appointment, there are toys and Mission Valley has a huge playroom for the kiddos); I was able to bring my baby and my older kids to all of my appointments and work through any interruptions they afforded when they weren't in the playroom! I have always recommended pelvic floor PT to all of my mom friends and have recommended SHEFit for anyone living in San Diego!
