CTS (Comprehensive Therapy Services) is very thorough in providing the best therapy services. As their patient, the past 24 years, they have been instrumental in my recoveries, from numerous surgeries , i.e. shoulder, knees, back, wrists etc. Their Owner, Cindy, ensures her staff are experienced/educated in their specific areas of therapy, professional and caring!

Danielle is the absolute best and really cares about her patients. The staff is always helpful and have never had an issue. Plus side you can bring your little one and the aides will take wonderful pride in entertaining them while also giving the best service.

Very poor billing practices. I received an email threat from the biller, Lilly today. Apparently at the time of service their office failed to collect a $15 copay. I never received one bill from their office and only visited once. Back in July I provided my credit card information so they could charge me for the copay. Lilly failed to follow though and charge the card. Now many months later shes trying to impose tons of late fees and instead of admitting she failed to charge me is now lying saying I never sent the card number. I forwarded her the email proving that I did. She still denies the undeniable and is very hostile and insulting and threatened to send me to collections despite my several requests to speak to the ownership about her practices. The way Lilly is being allowed to treat patients goes completely against what the objective of any medical practice should be. This business encourages nasty, threatening billing practices against the people theyre supposed to be caring for. Its abusive. In this case I dont owe late fees and have proof. I will never be paying for anything I dont owe no matter how much Lilly harasses me. If ownership cares enough about what is going on in their practice Id be happy to discuss. At this point Id steer clear of this place as it is everything everyone despises about medicine and medical billing. Not worth it.

Steer clear of this place unless you enjoy being threatened and harassed by their biller Lilly Prantil when SHE makes a mistake. First off, I visited this old, smelly and run down location one time. The front office staff failed to collect the supposed $15 copay. Ok, it happens I guess. So months and months pass by and not one letter in the mail, email, voicemail, text, NOTHING. Then in July I receive a nasty email from Lilly saying I didn't pay the copay and she's imposing late fees and just the run of the mill medical billing grossness that is the reason everyone hates dealing with it. Again, the office failed to collect on the date of service and never billed until Lilly must've run some report and found that they're allegedly due $15 months later....I mean I'm so silly. I didn't read every word of the 10 million pages of my medical policy to guess that I had a copay and then guess how much it would be on top of it....I kinda expected them to be on top of that as they are the ones who want the money so badly....so instead of arguing with this impossible witch(no offense to nice witches) Lilly, I sent an email with credit card info so she'd stop harassing me. I thought all was settled until today when I get another really nasty and insulting email with more threats. This billing wacko wants a new credit card "TODAY"(the one I sent in July was cancelled in September due to fraud) or she will send me to "COLLECTIONS" had she done her job in July this would have left a bad taste in my mouth but would've been settled. I mean this woman really thinks she has some amazing power to ruin my life by sending me to the all dreaded "COLLECTIONS" department. I'm quaking in my boots especially since I don't owe the late fees and have proof. I sent Lilly a copy of the email that she failed to read back in July and oh boy did the proof of her failure set her off... This place allows billing practices that are exactly the reason why Americans hate dealing with medicine and their insane  billing practices. These offices always refuse to take accountability and deny deny deny. I mean isn't compassion for patients supposed to be the main objective of any practice caring for people? Threats of ruining credit and the attempt to strong arm me into paying fraudulent fees over $15??? This place is called comprehensive therapy? They use the word therapy??? If your idea of therapy and being cared for is being harassed and threatened by a nasty, miserable biller woman who wants to squeeze you for every dime you don't even owe her then this is the place for you! Who doesn't love a power hungry, snotty, and very insulting employee who has the life ruining power to send us poor helpless patients to the most dreaded and powerful institution of all....the collections company!!!!! If anyone from this practice besides miserable Lilly wishes to contact me to discuss the failure that their business has been to me, and from what it looks like a failure to many others, feel free. I will never be paying for anything I don't owe no matter how much you threaten to ruin my future. And gosh, thanks so much for the "therapy" I received there. You were running over an hour behind and then cut the visit short because the schedule was so bad....what late fee are you going to pay me Lilly? Maybe I'll send you to "COLLECTIONS" ???????
