image Every workout is unique, which is great for someone who is easily bored (me)! Sarah is knowledgeable about how to make minor adjustments to ensure that every move is targeting the proper muscles. I had an old injury that used to cause pain after workouts, but Sarah is incredible at helping me adjust so I dont have day-after pain. I have seen great results from working out with Sarahshe is amazing!
